but the tool kits are repackaged in a different way. 

 GM Kent Moore kits will require various bolts, alignment pins and guide plates 
from the GM Kent Moore version J-42385-300 kit to complete repairs.

Time Sert ® head bolt drill details.

Time Sert ® head bolt kits use four flute drill bits. Also known as core drills. 
Technically, core drills are terrible at drilling holes. What you are really trying to do is side milling 
to clean out the old threads in the existing hole. Photo ©  

Core drills are used for enlarging holes that have previously been drilled or cored. The amount of stock
 they will remove is limited by the depths of the flutes. Core drills will not drill an original hole.
